Guess who’s back!
Yeah, after a 10 month TLI recording hiatus, I’ve returned to my best most successful tool for losing weight.

–OMG, your little girl is three? It doesn’t seem like that much time has passed since she was born.
–I’m with you on the machines. We got a deal on a family membership to the local Y, but I’ve only been once. It was on a Saturday so it was really crowded. I wanted to try some of the other machines because I already have a treadmill at home, but I was afraid I would look foolish. I ended up sticking with the treadmill, and I haven’t been back since. Oh well, at least my husband is getting use out of the membership.
–Did you do a weigh-in at the beginning of this episode? If you did, I missed it.
Glad that you are back. I jumped back on the fitness wagon at the end of May, so it is nice to have a fitness show to listen to by someone that I sort of know.
September 24th, 2010 at 9:45 amYou know what. I didn’t do a weigh-in at the beginning, my weigh-in day has been Mondays as my friends and I were doing a ‘Biggest Loser’ contest amongst ourselves and Monday was my weigh-in day.
I’ll remember to do that for the next episode, but my last weigh-in Monday morning was 391.4 lbs. I have been slowly dropping about a half pound a week average over the past two months.
And yeah, it’s hard to believe that it’s been 3 years since I took that first break. She turns 3 in just a few weeks… Kinda puts in perspective how long I’ve been struggling with this and how much I need to get back to THIS.
