OK, so I ramble a bit and I gloat a bit. This episode isn’t so much about weight loss as it is about stress loss. It has been a good week for getting the stress out of my life. Work is finally a bit more sane and some other (unpaid) projects are finally wrapping up.
Getting back on schedule this week. I’ve still got a few weeks of craziness, but I wanted to jump back into the regular episodes again. In a few weeks, we’ll probably be able to get back to the text articles too. Thanks for listening!!!
